Anti-Bribery Compliance (FKAP) FunctionOrganizational Governance
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the implementation of an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001 standards across all work units.
- Have independent authority to conduct internal investigations into reports of alleged violations or indications of bribery.
- Manage the Whistleblowing System and ensure the protection of whistleblower confidentiality.
- Provide due diligence reviews of personnel, business partners, and transactions deemed to pose a high risk of bribery.
- Certified Anti-Bribery Professional or Auditor.
- In-depth understanding of national corruption regulations and international business ethics standards (FCPA/UK Bribery Act).
- Strong communication and education skills to build a culture of integrity across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in fraud risk assessment and investigative audits.
Scope of Duties & Authority: The Anti-Bribery Compliance Function acts as a bulwark against TNVID’s integrity against all forms of corruption, bribery, and conflicts of interest. Its scope of duties includes disseminating the “No Gift Policy” to all stakeholders and ensuring that all certification decisions are made based purely on technical criteria, not financial pressure. This function has the authority to recommend strict sanctions for personnel found to have violated the company’s code of ethics. Through its role, this function ensures that TNVID operates with full transparency, providing customers with assurance that all our services are free from illegal and unethical practices.
