Scope of Duties & Authority: The Board of Directors is the primary driver ensuring TNVID’s vision is translated into operational excellence. Its scope of duties includes developing the company’s long-term plan and ensuring that each department operates in accordance with the established management system. The Board of Directors is authorized to represent the company in and out of court, as well as to take prompt action to mitigate technical or legal risks. Through its leadership, the Board of Directors ensures that all conformity assessment services are delivered in a timely and accurate manner, meeting the high expectations of customers and accreditation authorities.
