- Manage all management system and product certification schemes to align with IAF (International Accreditation Forum) and APAC (Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation) requirements.
- Authority is responsible for validating audit methodologies, determining audit durations (man days), and overseeing certification cycles in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17021-1 standard.
- Establish technical competency criteria for auditors in accordance with industry sector codes (NACE/IAF Code) accredited by GLOBAC.
- Coordinate technical communications with accreditation bodies regarding scheme updates, scope expansions, and global certification data reporting.
- Certification expert with a deep understanding of IAF Mandatory Documents (Mandatory Documents) and APAC accreditation guidelines.
- Possess internationally recognized Lead Auditor competency across various ISO standards.
- Expertise in technical interpretation of accreditation standards and the ability to perform technical risk mapping across various industry sectors.
- Fluent in global accreditation scheme regulations and established professional networks at the regional and international levels.
Scope of Duties & Authority: The Certification Department acts as the core technical engine of TNVID, ensuring global recognition of every certificate issued. Its scope of work includes designing certification schemes, ensuring consistent application of audit procedures across all branch offices, and managing national and international certification databases. The department has the authority to reject contracts if the requested scheme falls outside the scope of official accreditation. Through rigorous oversight, the department ensures that the IAF logo and other accreditation symbols are used legally and correctly, guaranteeing high acceptance of TNVID certificates in both export and domestic markets.
