Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Quality (GRCQ) FunctionOrganizational Governance
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an integrated corporate governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) framework.
- Authority to conduct periodic internal audits of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO/IEC 17065 standards.
- Establish quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the effectiveness of internal controls across all departments.
- Coordinate the handling of non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities based on external audit results from accreditation bodies.
- Quality management expert with professional certifications in internal audit, risk management (ISO 31000), and corporate compliance.
- In-depth understanding of national technical regulations and international accreditation requirements (IAF/APAC).
- Strong analytical skills in mapping the operational and technical risk profiles of conformity assessment bodies.
- Experience leading the transformation of a culture of compliance and integrity in a large-scale organizational environment.
Scope of Duties & Authority: The Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Quality (GRCQ) Function acts as a safeguard of operational integrity, ensuring that all TNVID activities are conducted on a solid legal foundation and with strong quality standards. Its scope of duties includes early identification of strategic risks that could threaten the institution’s accreditation status or reputation. This function has the authority to halt operational processes if violations of compliance standards or professional ethics are detected. GRCQ acts as a bridge between the Board of Directors’ strategic policies and technical implementation in the field, ensuring that every service provided to customers undergoes strict quality control and transparent procedures.
