- Coordinate ongoing training programs to ensure all staff are familiar with the latest regulatory updates and accreditation standards.
- HR professional with a deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and competency-based talent management.
- Competence in training needs analysis specifically for the conformity assessment industry.
- Expertise in facilities management, procurement, and harmonious industrial relations management.
- Strong managerial skills to build a collaborative, integrity-driven, and quality-oriented work culture.
Scope of Duties & Authority: The Human Capital & General Affairs Department serves as the driving force for human resource quality and provides a conducive work environment at TNVID. Its scope of duties includes ensuring that all personnel involved in the certification process have valid technical qualifications and are free from conflicts of interest. This department is authorized to place staff based on a competency matrix and impose administrative sanctions for violations of the internal code of ethics. Furthermore, the General Affairs function ensures the availability of safe, comfortable, and efficient work facilities, so that the entire team can focus on providing superior conformity assessment services to customers.
